Hong Kong Junan International Financial Services Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Junan International"), a limited company incorporated under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, shall enter into a contract with the contracting party to this document (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") through its successor or assignor.

Junan International's Personal Data Privacy Policy protects customers' rights and interests in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. When Junan International uses customers' personal data to provide them with its best possible services, it also places great emphasis on the arrangements for the use of such data. In compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Junan International strives to fully meet the requirements for the protection of personal data. To this end, Junan International ensures that its employees adhere to the security and confidentiality standards prescribed by law.

I. Overview of Privacy and Personal Information Protection

Junan International may set Cookies on customers 'computers and store them on Junan International's servers to assist Junan International in analyzing and understanding the effectiveness of relevant marketing strategies. 1. Help us become your user – by becoming our user, you enable us to provide membership services to you. For example, mobile phone numbers are classified as sensitive information; we collect such information to comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations regarding the online real-name system. If you do not provide this type of information, you may be unable to use our services normally. If you only need basic services such as browsing, you do not need to register as a user or provide the aforementioned information. During the user registration process, providing the following additional information to complete your personal profile will help us provide you with more personalized services, such as birthday privileges: your real name, gender, date of birth, place of residence, your own real photo, and nickname. However, if you do not provide this information, it will affect your ability to use personalized services, but it will not affect basic functions such as browsing on the Jun'an International Platform. When you proactively request account cancellation, we will, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, anonymize your account or delete your personal information as soon as possible.

2. We present and deliver information to you—to provide you with personalized information searches and transaction services, we analyze your browsing and search history, device information, location data, extracted browsing and search preferences, behavioral habits, interests and hobbies (which you can select in your account settings), location information, and other characteristics. Based on these feature-based tags, we create indirect audience profiles that are used to present service information that you may be interested in.

3. Information collected during the provision of services – To provide you with page displays and search results that better align with your needs, help you understand product compatibility, and identify abnormal account status, we will collect information about the services you use and how you use them, and will link this information together. This information includes: – Device information: Based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use, we will receive and record information related to the device you use (e.g., device model, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifier, and other hardware and software feature information); information related to the device's location (e.g., IP address, GPS location, and sensor information from Wi-Fi access points, Bluetooth devices, base stations, and other sources capable of providing such information).

Log Information: When you use the Junan International Platform services provided by our website or client application, we will automatically collect detailed usage data regarding our services for the purpose of maintaining network logs. This includes, for example, your search queries, IP address, browser type, telecommunications operator, date and time of access, and records of the web pages you visit. -Camera/Video permissions are required to enable the following features: when you use features such as profile picture settings or screenshot feedback, you must enable camera permissions and/or photo library permissions (depending on the specific feature being used) to take instant photos or upload images/videos. If you do not enable the corresponding permissions, you will be unable to use the specific features related to instant photography or image/video uploads; however, this will not affect your use of other services provided by the app. For identity verification, we will utilize facial recognition services, which require you to upload a photo for comparison and verification of your identity.

During this process, we will collect the information you provide, including photos and video recordings, and generate corresponding records retained for 30 minutes; the facial data obtained will not be shared with third parties and will be stored in OSS. If you do not provide the required permissions, identity verification and review cannot be completed, but this will not affect the use of other features. If you fail to provide the information above or if your identity verification fails, you will be unable to use withdrawal-related features on Junan International; however, after exiting the identity verification page of the Junan International app, you can return to the main page to browse.

Please note that information concerning individual devices, logs, and similar data cannot be used to identify the identity of a specific natural person. If such non-personal information is combined with other information for the purpose of identifying a specific natural person, or if it is used in conjunction with personal information, then during the period of such combination, that non-personal information will be treated as personal information. Unless you have provided authorization or unless otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify that personal information.

When you contact us, we may retain records of your communications/calls and their content, as well as information such as the contact details you provide, so that we can contact you or assist you in resolving issues, or record the resolution process and outcome for related matters.

Junan International will do everything possible to ensure that the personal data collected by it are properly stored in its storage systems; only authorized employees or companies providing services on behalf of Junan International may access such data. However, given the public and global nature of the Internet, Junan International may be unable to protect and keep its customers 'personal data confidential against the intentional interference of third parties. Any personal data of a customer that is accessed through webpages operated by third parties via Junan International's website is not covered by Junan International's personal data privacy policy.
