Your security is what we protect
The official fraud guide is here to keep your trading safer
Official statement
Clients have reported platforms misusing the Junan International name, including lookalike marks, names, websites, apps, and support accounts, to push account opening and then defraud people. Junan International states clearly: we do not trade on a client's behalf, we do not run WeChat or QQ tip groups, and we have no mainland branch. We do not contact clients from a private phone or WeChat. Reach us through 24-hour official chat, a Hong Kong number starting with +852, or service@junanpm.com. Check the official site or app before you open an account or send money. We have reported impersonators to the police and to the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society. Please report anything that looks false.
What fraud shows up most?
Fake support
Someone pretends to be official support, cites an account problem or a refund, and pushes a fake link, QR code, malicious app, or transfer.
Fake platform
A copied trading site or app asks you to register and deposit. Early profits on screen are not real, and later the money cannot be withdrawn.
Social tips
Chats and groups offer inside information, high returns, or expert calls, then send you to a group, a copied app, or a fake platform.
Phishing site
A site that looks like the real one asks you to sign in and takes the account and password. Anything you do there puts the money at risk.
Questions
Submit the deposit on the official site or app and follow the page. Bank payment, bank transfer, and the digital wallet are supported. For bank payment, the payee details are issued again each time and stay valid for about 20 minutes.
Junan International does not trade for clients and does not run WeChat or QQ tip groups. Every order is placed by the client. Fake platforms do the opposite and push clients into trades that lose money.
After a trade, Junan International provides the transaction code issued by the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society at no charge, so you can check that the trade is genuine. Fake platforms have no code and cannot be found on the exchange site.
How to report fraud
If you see something that looks like fraud, keep the emails, screenshots, and trade records, and send them through support.
